Move-in and move-out cleaning.
A good share of the company's Google reviews come from people who were moving, in or out, around Gainesville.
Move-out cleaning around Gainesville.
Moving in, you may find the last tenant left more behind than you were told. One renter moved into an apartment with mold and bugs in the fridge. Laquita started with the kitchen so it could be used right away, and the renter wrote that the fridge looked brand new afterward. Another customer's move-in clean dealt with a bathtub with mildew damage and algae on a screened-in patio.
Moving out, you have a house to hand back and not much time. A customer leaving the state had Laquita and her staff clean her rental house, and wrote that it was left in better shape than she found it.
"They saved me so much time and gave me peace of mind knowing that the house would be in better shape than we found it."
Timing a move clean
