Commercial and post-construction cleaning.
Thorough Global Cleaning takes business work alongside its house cleaning, around Gainesville and the nearby counties.
Commercial cleaning around Gainesville.
The company lists commercial cleaning, and vent and ceiling tile cleaning, on its Facebook page. It has posted about scrubbing and rinsing a restaurant's floors, and about a post-construction clean at the Lululemon store in Gainesville.
After a build-out, the dust settles on every surface and has to come off before a space can open. For a business that is already running, the cleaning usually has to fit around your hours. Explain the space and your schedule when you call, and Laquita will tell you what she can do.

Commercial jobs vary too much for a single price. Call (352) 284-8405 with the square footage, the kind of business and when the space is free to be cleaned.
The posted rate for spaces over 1,000 square feet is $0.17 to $0.35 a square foot. Ask whether it applies to your job, since vents, ceiling tiles and construction dust are different work from a routine clean.
